| Description |
Notes for the Iowa Birdline update for July 23, 1990. Highlights of the update include sightings of many water related birds, including a Semipalmated Plover, Piping Plovers, ten American Avocets, and several species of Terns. Also of note was an unusual summer report of a Northern Shrike, as well as sightings of an adult Bald Eagle, a Bell's Vireo, two White-eyed Vireos, and family of Ruffed Grouse. |
