Iowa RBA update for October 28, 1996. Highlights of the update include sightings of an adult Sabine's Gull and two adult male White-winged Scoters. Also of note were the observations of numerous shorebirds, including a Black-bellied Plover, a Baird's Sandpiper, and a Sanderling. Also included are handwritten notes for the next week's update with sightings of a Prairie Falcon, an immature Brown Pelican, and several species of Grebes.
