Dinsmore regarding weather, abundant water-living birds, and March kills of birds, August 2, 1984. Nestings of Least Terns and Piping Plovers at the IPL ponds were described in detail with seven other observers, and many herons were seen near the Missouri River in Fremont County. Counts of House Sparrows were shown to decrease as livestock operations decreased, 1978-1984.
