Specific: Bird studied at the edge of a grassy border which ran along the fence seperating [sic] two corn stubble fields. Red collar more restricted than in Lapland. Flight, headshape, all emphasized by direct comparison with Glaucous Gulls. The next afternoon Bill Barker compared this bird to two different sized Glaucous Gulls and it was smaller than the smaller Glaucous Gull.
