He indicated that different ages of Grasshopper and Henslow's Sparrows could be mistaken for each other. The lack of prominate [sic] streaking on the breast and flanks on this bird may indicate an adult Grasshopper. I am not familiar with this species, but from reveiwing [sic] the Field Guides it would appear to be ruled out by Bill Shape - if Cassin's really has bill as long as in Geog guide, I would have noted same.
