Summary for the Iowa Birdline update for May 13, 1990. Highlights of the update include two reports of Western Kingbirds from further east in the state than they are usually seen and a noticeable increase in the number of Warbler sightings statewide. Also of note were sightings of a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher, a Sandhill Crane, and a Mississippi Kite flyover. In addition, there were reports of many species of shorebirds, including 3 Wilson's Phalaropes and 20 Hudsonian Godwits.

Iowa Birdline updates for March 24, 1992. The highlights for the update include sightings of 16 duck species with large numbers of American Wigeons, Canvasbacks, Redheads and Northern Pintails. Also included are handwritten notes for next week's update with sightings of 350 Snow Geese and 82 White-Fronted Geese near Ida Grove and an early Lesser Yellowlegs at Coralville Reservoir.
